Bloemfontein Celtic coach Steve Komphela has expressed his expectations ahead of tomorrow’s Soweto derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.

Komphela who tasted the derby during his three seasons at Naturena says he expects a thrilling game this weekend.

The Celtic boss suffered a 3-1 defeat in the hands of Pirates in the revise fixture last season.

Ahead of the game, Komphela was quoted as saying that, “we should expect a close and and entertaining game tomorrow after both teams spent money in the transfer window”.

The former Chiefs boss also wish Amakhosi well as they try to end the Pirates unbeaten run against Chiefs since 2014.

“Chiefs are yet to beat Bucs, i failed to do that s this time i hope they get their desired result but above all, i wish both teams all the best”.

Komphela who was eliminated from the TKO cup by Mamelodi SUndowns will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways this weekend in the league when they play Baroka o Sunday.
