With the January transfer window currently underway, teams in the Premier Soccer League are looking to beef up their squads, however, a number of players are running out of time on their current contracts.

However, Cape Town City coach, Benni McCarthy is said to have accepted Kaizer Chiefs Offer to have Teko Modise signed in the ongoing transfer window but one one condition.

According to the report, The former Orlando Pirates player would only join Chiefs if only they would allow Him (McCarthy) sign Katsende or better still a swap deal would be highly appreciated.

Modise is also in his final six months of his contract with Cape Town City, although indications are that the Mother City-based club wants to hold on to the veteran midfielder’s services until he officially retires but the recent approach by Kaizer Chiefs have made it clear that the player may be joining Chiefs at the end of the ongoing January transfer if McCarty condition are meant before the transfer deadline.
