Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brilliant Khuzwayo has reportedly signed a pre-contract with Orlando Pirates.

The lanky shot-stopper’s current contract with Amakhosi is due to expire at the end of the season and Cape Town City have already confirmed their interest in Khuzwayo.

City Press has since revealed that the 27-year-old has allegedly signed a pre-contract with Chiefs rivals, Pirates.

His agent, Tim Sukazi, dismissed the rumours, but he stated that if Pirates showed interest in Khuzwayo, there would be no reason to ignore them.

“There has been no offer from Pirates, just muted talks from one or two Gauteng clubs,” Sukazi said.
“I believe the offers presented by Chiefs and the other clubs will be the determining factor in his decision to stay or leave,” he added.

Khuzwayo declined the opportunity to play for City, who were keen to sign him during the current Transfer Window.
