Bloemfontein Celtic coach Steve Komphela has slammed South Africans for lack of patience in football.

The former Kaizer Chiefs gaffer who had a tough time before resigning from naturena lost it with the fans after one of the games during his time as Amakhosi coach.

He’s enjoyed an outstanding start to his career at Celtic, who are currently in fourth position and tied on 21 points with third placed Mamelodi Sundowns.

Bidvest Wits have two more points and leaders Orlando Pirates are three points ahead.

The question remains whether Chiefs should’ve had more patience with Komphela. So, the topic of patience is what Komphela has tackled on many occasions.

Here you can watch him criticise the football obsession with ”instant gratification”, a worldwide trend which Komphela is a strong critic of.
