There are reports that both Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs could be fighting for the services of George Lebese in the January transfer window.

Lebese is set for a January loan move according to his representatives due to his inability to cement a place in the Masandawa starting eleven.

The former Chiefs winger who will turn 30 next year February has made just 15 appearances for the Brazilians since joining last year July/August transfer market.

Pitso Mosimane in the time past said he wants the left footed winger to dribble more in the box but that has not been the case.

Lebese was told to lose weight after gaining extra pounds but with the Brazilians preparing for CAF dutis in the coming weeks it remains to be seen if he would be let to leave.

A source has told Mr Zungu that Pirates are interested in having the player at the Orlando stadium while there is a possible return to Naturena with his friends still playing there.

Now it remains to be seen if the player would prefer a move to either of the clubs in January.
