A Kaizer Chiefs legend has returned to football after two years of absence.
Reports from Kickoff has it that former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Junior Khanye has resurfaced at ABC Motsepe League outfit Luso Africa.
Khanye has been out of competitive action for nearly two years, but has keep himself fit by playing for a local side in Daveyton.
“Yes, it’s true that I am training with Luso Africa,” Khanye tells KickOff.
“I am trying to get my football career back.
“I have said it before; I still have the legs, hunger and desire to play football.
“I am not going to retire until God decides otherwise.
“I am grateful to Luso Africa for giving me the platform to prove myself.”
The 33-year-old fan-favourite is set to revive his career that was marred by lack of discipline.
