It’s not a secret that Mogakolodi Ngele has been contemplating leaving Mamelodi Sundowns due to a lack of game time.
Ngele has not kicked a ball for Sundowns this season and has twice been loaned out to Bidvest Wits and SuperSport United since joining the Chloorkop-based outfit from Platinum Stars in 2015.
“It would be inhumane for the club to take up that option to extend and not allow him to leave in January when the transfer window opens,” said a source.
Ngele, who currently return from his native country where he enjoyed the festive break, has made little to no impact following his high-profile move to Sundowns.
Sundowns, however, refused to sell the 28-year-old outright and instead shipped him off to their crosstown rivals SuperSport for another season. Ngele struggled for game time there, but the media has been told that the player is extremly angry with pitso and have countless time confronted Pitso Mosimane with anger, telling him to let him go join Orlando Pirates.
However, Orlando pirates are said to be at the corridor waiting for Sundowns to officially release the player before the make an offer.
