President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced that Edward Kieswetter will be the new SARS commissioner for the next five years.
Kieswetter had been unanimously chosen by the panel which had been appointed to interview and shortlist candidates for the position.
The new commissioner had a total of six degrees, most recently having completed his masters in commerce.
